Connect & Engage: Build relationships with homeowners through conversation, trust, and education

Consult & Guide: Help customers understand how switching to renewable energy saves money and makes a difference.

Own Your Market:Take initiative in your assigned territory, you’ll be supported by a proven system, clear goals, and hands-on leadership to help you hit targets and grow fast.

Deliver Results: From first impression to close, create a positive experience that earns referrals and repeat business.

What You’ll Earn

On-Target Earnings: $52K–$72K+ (top reps earn six figures) Base Pay + Uncapped Commissions: Enjoy the stability of guaranteed pay plus unlimited earning potential; your drive is the only limit to your income. Performance Bonuses: Recognition and rewards for hitting goals and delivering results. Time Off: Paid Time Off + Federal Holidays Off
