Compensation and Benefits

What You’ll Do

- Engage with homeowners to educate them on renewable energy options and cost savings.

- Represent Mpower Direct at a local level and throught Pennsylvania and promote clean energy programs.

- Use a consultative approach to guide customers through a simple and transparent enrollment process.

- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with customers and teammates.

- Meet and exceed personal and team performance goals.

- Entry Level Candidates: No prior sales experience required — we provide full training.
