We are seeking an experienced and versatile professional to oversee marketing, customer service, and event coordination in a growing solar company. This role requires someone highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and written communication skills, who is able to manage multiple areas of responsibility.
- Develop a Strategic Marketing Plan for Guelph Solar.
- Identify and research market and consumer trends.
- Competitive analysis and benchmarking.
- Oversee website updates and content development, ensuring strong SEO and discoverability.
- Manage advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, with a focus on measurable performance.
- Create content and manage company social media accounts, deploy blogs, email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
- Shape compelling stories and case studies that highlight company impact and values.
- Develop and collect customer surveys.
- Apply for certifications, grants, and awards to highlight company success.
- Plan and execute company events.
- Assist in customer service, ensuring timely and professional communication by phone and email.
- Phone and email routing to appropriate teams (Sales, Maintenance, Management, Operations).
- Service ticket creation and distribution to department leads.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies, digital marketing metrics and key performance indicators.

- Ability to oversee automated workflows using ai agents (ChatGPT, Claude).
- Ability to manage internal tools and create advanced workflows (Google Admin, Airtable, Make.com) to create automation sequences.

- Direct experience in the solar or renewable energy industry.
