Marketing Coordinator

Power to Hydrogen is setting out develop innovative technology to reduce CO2 emissions and global climate change. We are startup backed by some of the leading global energy companies like American Electric Power, Shell, and more to produce zero emission hydrogen for a cost competitive price.

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Part-Time Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing, sales, and communications initiatives. This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong design skills, familiarity with HubSpot CRM, and the ability to manage multiple projects. The position offers flexibility while contributing directly to our brand’s visibility and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design & Content Creation

- Develop visually compelling materials—including PowerPoint presentations, sales collateral, marketing emails, and tradeshow assets—aligned with our established brand guidelines.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency and accuracy across all marketing outputs.

- CRM Management (HubSpot)

- Maintain and update contact records, pipelines, and reporting dashboards in HubSpot.

- Segment lists and create targeted email campaigns to support sales and marketing objectives.

- Digital Workflows & Automation

- Design and implement digital workflows connecting our website and HubSpot.

- Optimize lead capture forms, nurturing sequences, and follow-up processes to improve conversion rates.

- Social Media Content (LinkedIn)

- Plan, create, and schedule engaging LinkedIn posts to promote company updates, thought leadership, and key marketing campaigns.

- Monitor engagement and respond to audience interactions to build community presence.

Qualifications:

- Comfort with engineering-centric topics

- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or PowerPoint.

- Experience with HubSpot CRM, including workflows, email campaigns, and reporting.

- Strong writing skills with attention to tone, clarity, and brand voice.

- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.

Schedule:

Part-time, approximately 10–25 hours per week, with flexibility for remote work.
