Customer Service Representative/Sales Coordinator

Ideal Gas, one of the fastest growing gas companies in Florida, is looking for a Customer Service Representative /Sales Coordinator at our office in St. Augustine, Florida.

Ideal Gas is a privately owned, locally managed Propane Gas company that services customers throughout Central and Northeast Florida, Including Jacksonville, Orlando, Daytona, Cocoa, Titusville and Melbourne.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and have the ability to communicate clearly via telephone and email with customers, outside Sales Representatives, management and team members.

Job description:

Primary responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls.

- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and text.

- Work closely with our Outside Salespeople to insure an excellent customer experience.

- Follow up on work in progress with management, service and delivery departments.

- Process new account paperwork and set up accounts.

- Other duties that might be assigned to you by management.

Requirements:

Highly customer service oriented.

- Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers and team members.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to multi-task and organize workflow to manage daily responsibilities.

- Highly organized.

- Be able to work with autonomy.

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

- No experience necessary
