RohmTek is seeking a
Marketing & Sales Coordinatorto take ownership of our marketing and inbound sales efforts (via website), with a focus on
driving online instrument rentalsand
lab sample submissions for material characterization.
This is a hands-on role for someone with strong digital marketing skills, excellent organization, and the ability to work independently. You’ll be responsible for our online presence, marketing content, branding, events, and inside sales processes. This role has room to grow into a leadership position as the company expands.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Web Management
- Manage RohmTek’s website, keeping product and service information accurate, engaging, and optimized for SEO.
- Write and edit marketing copy for digital ads, web pages, brochures, and technical one-pagers.
- Create and schedule email marketing campaigns and social media posts.
- Maintain company branding across all materials and touchpoints.
- Create brochures, flyers, trade show displays, and other physical marketing materials.
- Manage swag and promotional item orders.
- Monitor all inbound inquiries through the website, route to sales, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain CRM records for leads, opportunities, and closed deals.
- Track key marketing and sales performance metrics.
- Plan and coordinate company participation at industry conferences and workshops.
- Arrange booth logistics, materials, and travel for events.
- Capture and follow up on event leads.
- Manage company social channels and create content calendars.
- Share relevant industry news, company updates, and customer success stories.
- 5–7 years in marketing, communications, or sales coordination.
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as WordPress, Google Analytics, Canva, and email marketing platforms.
- Strong writing and editing skills for both technical and marketing content.
- Experience with SEO, paid ads, and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Method) preferred.
- Able to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Comfortable working in technical/scientific industries (training provided).
