Responsible for executing marketing initiatives across various digital platforms including social media, website, email, and online review platform. The primary objective will be to create compelling and valuable content that maintains a positive brand image and promotes Caliche Now Sales
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in marketing, communications,
journalism public relations, or related field required
· Valid Texas Drivers License and good driving record
· Experience in social media management, campaigns and content creation
· Proven experience in video and graphic design
· Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple projects/priorities and meet
deadlines
· Ability to think independently and solve problems with attention to detail
· Ability to demonstrate patience, flexibility and professionalism in interacting with
diverse audiences
· Serve as the primary content producer (graphics, video, features stories, blog posts
and other written content) for Caliche Now online marketing campaigns.
· Produce strategic multimedia content for social media and brochures
· Manage social media content calendars, schedule and monitor all content
· Collaborate with the director of communications and marketing to utilize paid
social, Google Ads, SEM, and display advertising campaigns
· Create and execute strategic email marketing campaigns.
· Manage the organization’s website with timely updates to content, usability,
design, and search engine optimization (SEO) strategies
· Maintain a positive online presence by updating and responding to review sites, including but not limited to, Google and Yelp
· Provide analysis of metrics to optimize media accounts to reach key performance objectives and make data-driven decisions
· Stay up to date with trends and developments to innovate marketing and communications methods
· Ensure that digital media messaging and content aligns with the visual identity and brand standards of the organization
· Communicate professionally and positively with co-workers and others
· Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
