We’re Mader Group Canada, part of a global team that keeps heavy equipment moving at operations around the world. From the oil sands in Alberta to remote projects across the U.S., Australia and beyond, our technicians are trusted to get the job done right.
But they don’t get there alone. Behind every skilled technician is a marketing team backing the brand, bringing in new talent, and keeping the business moving forward.
We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Calgary based team and help grow the Mader brand across Canada and beyond. We’re looking for someone who can build and roll out campaigns, create strong content, and stay across the day-to-day work that drives recruitment, supports our teams, and builds our brand in market.
- Creating content that connects across social, digital, print, and more
- Running recruitment campaigns to help us attract Canada’s best mechanics
- Working closely with ops, recruitment, and BD teams to bring service campaigns to life
- Managing paid advertising across platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, and Google
- Coordinating internal and external events, sponsorships, and partnerships
- Tracking campaign performance and feeding insights back into strategy
- Jumping in wherever needed, this is a hands-on, high-impact role
- Have a degree in marketing, communications, journalism or similar
- Know how to plan, execute and report on a campaign
- You can write with clarity and impact (and if you’ve done it for trade or field-based audiences, even better).
- Know your way around social media, ads, and digital tools
- Are organised, proactive, and not afraid to take initiative
- Have a valid driver’s licence and can travel now and then when needed
- Bonus incentives for a job well done
- Regular team events, milestone rewards, and a truly epic Christmas party
- The chance to work across global campaigns with strong local ownership
- Relocation flights and visa costs covered for international candidates
- Full support navigating the move to Calgary, from logistics to landing on your feet
This is a full-time, in-office role based in Calgary, Alberta.
If you’re ready to get stuck in and grow with a company, we’d love to hear from you.
