We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role combines project management, internal communications, and digital marketing responsibilities. The ideal candidate will excel at coordinating marketing initiatives across departments, driving internal communication efforts, and managing digital channels such as the company website and social media. Familiarity with web platforms like WordPress, CRM systems like Salesforce, and productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace are essential. While some creative skills (such as basic graphic design and editing) are helpful, the primary focus of this role is on communication, project coordination, and digital execution.
· Write, edit, and distribute newsletters, announcements, intranet updates, and other communications.
· Streamline communication between Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations.
o Sales: work with the team to provide product updates, sales collateral, maintain an open line of communication for daily requests, update/own sales portal, filter requests, etc.
o Customer Service: work with the team to provide statements, information pages, product/new product updates, display programs, SPIFF support, how to guides, photos/videos, training (when applicable).
o Engineering: work with the team to provide spec sheets, installation guides, assembly instructions, 3D product renderings.
o Develop and implement internal communication strategies to drive employee engagement and alignment.
· Plan, manage, and track the execution of marketing and communication projects.
· Maintain project timelines, deliverables, and status reports for campaigns and initiatives.
· Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment on project goals and milestones
· Work closely with the Marketing Director, Senior Project Engineer, and V.P. of New Product Development to ensure all projects are on track.
· Manage updates and content for company websites (primarily through WordPress or similar CMS).
· Coordinate and schedule content across company social media platforms. Work with 3rd party vendors on content calendar and approvals.
· Support digital campaigns, monitor performance, and provide reporting and optimization insights.
· Assist with the setup and management of marketing activities through Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
· Create basic visual content using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite as needed for social posts, newsletters, or internal sales, customer service, engineering, and marketing materials.
· Support in 3D photo rendering, color adjustments, video editing, some photography and videography.
· Ensure that all communications and marketing materials align with brand standards.
· Requires regular, reliable attendance. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.
· Bachelor’s degree, recommended, in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
· 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or project management roles.
· Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Proficiency with digital tools including WordPress, Salesforce (or similar CRM platforms), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
· Experience with social media management and content scheduling.
· Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Canva.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret digital marketing data and make recommendations.
· Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
