The Marketing Coordinator will support the Sales and Business Development teams by coordinating and executing a variety of marketing activities that drive brand visibility, support prospecting efforts, and enhance internal and external engagement. Responsibilities include content creation, campaign execution, data analysis, list building, social media coordination, and maintaining up-to-date marketing materials. This role works cross-functionally with multiple departments and tools—including HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Procore—to ensure consistency, accuracy, and impact across all marketing and communications efforts.
- Build and maintain prospect lists to support sales outreach efforts and targeted campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to assist in research-based prospecting activities.
- Create, schedule, and manage social media content, including drafting engaging captions and encouraging participation from team members.
- Analyze website and campaign performance using HubSpot and Google Analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Adhere to all organizational brand usage guidelines, including brand guidelines and templates.
- Draft, edit, and publish blog content that aligns with company voice and marketing strategy.
- Manage basic website updates and coordinate with developers as needed for larger changes.
- Maintain and update marketing and sales collateral, including presentations, brochures, manuals, and one-pagers.
- Organize and manage digital marketing assets and content libraries (e.g., in Procore, shared drives).
- Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns via HubSpot, including segmentation and performance tracking.
- Provide design support for internal and external materials, including graphics, email templates, and printed collateral.
- Assist with the coordination of tradeshows, customer visits, and other marketing events.
- Support a variety of ad-hoc marketing and sales initiatives as directed by leadership.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics and ability to interpret basic web and campaign performance data.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce clear, engaging content for various platforms.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) and best practices for business engagement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Word; intermediate knowledge of design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus; experience working with Wordpress / Divi is a plus.

- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of B2B marketing experience in construction, manufacturing, or technical industry.
- Experience with CRM and marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, or similar platforms preferred.
