Process Technician- 3rd shift

Training: Will be on 1 shift for a solid 6 month before moving to an off shift.

WORK ENVIROMENT: Both facilities are climate-controlled, with an outstanding safety record of over 1,500 consecutive days without a lost-time incident

What You’ll Do

As a Production Process Technician, you’ll ensure production runs at peak efficiency using optimized processing methods. You’ll troubleshoot issues, apply root cause analysis, and implement permanent solutions. Responsibilities include:

- Creating and maintaining robust processes

- Troubleshooting EOAT/robotics and processing issues

- Performing tool sets and pulls

- Writing work instructions and interpreting cavity pressure graphs

- Collaborating with the team to improve manufacturing methods

- Supporting daily schedule changes and production needs

- Ensuring cycle times, scrap, and efficiency meet BOM standards

Position Requirements

- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Minimum 3 years of processing experience

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (IQMS)

- Strong troubleshooting and tooling knowledge

- Systematic Molding score of 80% or higher
