ERTH Corporation is seeking a dynamic individual with proven experience to join our team as a Manager, Human Resources and Safety Compliance. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will oversee Human Resources activities and lead the organization’s Health and Safety program. You will play a key role in facilitating organizational alignment to ERTH’s values of Safety First, Customer Focus, Innovation, Sustainability and Performance Excellence.
In this hands-on position, key responsibilities will include:
· Provide leadership across all HR functions, including talent acquisition, retention, performance management, and succession planning.
· Develop, implement and manage HR policies, procedures, and programs.
· Lead HR reporting and metrics to support data-driven decision-making and compliance monitoring.
· Foster an inclusive, positive, and high-performing workplace culture
· Lead the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization’s Health and Safety program.
· Develop and maintain safety policies, procedures, training programs, and compliance documentation.
· Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and standards
· Investigate workplace incidents, identify root causes, implement corrective and preventive actions.
· Promote a culture of wellness and safety, integrating well-being into day-to-day operations.
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources (or related), or Human Resources Management Certificate.
· Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation or equivalent would be an asset.
· Minimum five years of relevant management experience.
· Knowledge of relevant standards and legislation, including:
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
· Demonstrated commitment to safety, confidentiality, and high ethical standards.
· Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
