Safety and Training Manager

Job Overview

Encore Wellhead Systems is seeking a Safety and Training Manager to lead and implement safety and training programs in compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as corporate and client policies. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving OSHA and CDL compliance and safety culture at the division level.

Encore Wellhead Systems provides engineered solutions for conventional and multi-bowl wellheads, storage wellheads, underwater recovery systems, frac trees, and zipper manifolds. Our personnel are cross-trained for onshore and offshore drilling, completions, and production operations. Backed by over 300 years of combined wellhead and valve experience among our senior management team, we pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality wellhead solutions and unmatched customer service.
