Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, Capital Finance & OPEX (R)

About The Role

As a key finance business partner at Enwave, the Manager, FP&A (Capital Finance & OPEX) leads capital planning and operating expense budgeting. You’ll supervise two Analysts, drive forecasting and monthly close activities, support audits, and contribute to strategic financial presentations. This role offers the opportunity to influence systems enhancements and process redesigns while enabling long-term growth and EBITDA achievement.

About The Ideal Candidate

You’re a strategic thinker with a growth mindset, a strong communicator, and a team player who thrives in a dynamic environment. You’re passionate about developing others and driving financial excellence.

- CPA/CA designation (or equivalent)

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business

- 4–6 years of progressive FP&A experience

- Experience mentoring or managing analysts

- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial systems (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Microsoft D365)

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
