Salary: $150,000–$160,000 base + bonus

Role Summary

Our client is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to play a critical role in guiding financial strategy during a period of continued growth. This position partners closely with senior leadership and operates at the intersection of manufacturing operations, strategy, and finance.

This role is designed for a finance leader who builds financial models from scratch, translates operational complexity into clear insights, and thrives in environments where structure is actively being created. The Senior Manager will have meaningful exposure to executive decision-making and the opportunity to shape scalable financial processes.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field - 7+ years of hands-on FP&A experience, including building three-statement financial models (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) end-to-end

- Ability to clearly explain assumptions, drivers, and sensitivities without reliance on formal presentations

- Experience stress-testing scenarios related to capacity planning, pricing, labor, capital expenditures, and cash flow

- Background in multi-site manufacturing or fast-scaling production environments

- Strong understanding of manufacturing economics, including yield, scrap, utilization, and fixed vs. variable cost structures

- Proven experience partnering with executive leadership and owning financial recommendations

- Comfort operating in environments where processes, data, and systems are evolving
