About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Entry‑Level Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, learning new technical skills, and supporting daily production operations. No prior maintenance experience is required — we provide training.

You will assist with basic equipment upkeep, troubleshooting, and facility support to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with daily equipment checks and basic preventive maintenance tasks

- Support senior technicians with machine repairs, adjustments, and troubleshooting

- Perform cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement under supervision

- Help maintain tools, work areas, and maintenance supplies

- Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and lockout/tagout guidelines

- Report equipment issues, unusual noises, or safety concerns immediately

- Complete assigned work orders and documentation accurately

- Support general facility maintenance tasks as needed

Shift Information:

- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

- 2nd Shift: 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM
