As a Maintenance Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities. What you’ll do

- Perform routine maintenance tasks on facilities and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

- Conduct repairs on electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC units as needed.

- Utilize programmable logic controllers for troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.

- Execute welding projects to repair or fabricate components as required.

- Read and interpret schematics to diagnose issues effectively.

- Oversee residential painting projects to maintain aesthetic standards across facilities.

- Manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities.

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing maintenance-related inquiries from staff and visitors.

Basic qualifications

- Proficient in English with strong communication skills.

- Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in facilities maintenance.

Preferred qualifications

- Experience with electrical systems and the use of an ohmmeter for diagnostics.

- Previous supervisory experience in a maintenance or manufacturing environment.

- Familiarity with customer service principles to enhance team interactions.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.

Projected Total Compensation: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
