Primary responsibilities include:

- General Contractor work (plumbing, painting, sheetrock repair)

- General Electrical work

- Maintenance and repairs of HVAC equipment

- Maintenance and repairs of Food Service equipment

- Maintenance and repairs of Kitchen equipment

- Safely operate company truck

- Willingness to learn and expand on current skills and knowledge

- Willingness to learn Maintenance and repairs of Gasoline Dispensers

- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 100 lbs.

- Always represent Quik Mart professionally

- Travel to all store locations

- Provide recommendations for improving equipment and store performance

- Maintenance and repairs of building and equipment used by Quik Mart

- Willingness to work closely with Store Managers and Team Members

- Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.

- Ability to work in various temperatures.

- Rotate nights – weekends - on call duties with other technicians

- Willingness to adapt to a changing schedule as needed

Qualifications:

- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record

- Live within service area (Preferred)

- High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)

- 2+ years general maintenance experience (Preferred)

- HVAC experience (Plus)

- Refrigeration Service (Plus)

- Previous Convenience Store Maintenance (Plus)

- Ability to use hand and power tools

- Ability to climb and work from a ladder

- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
