Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Maintenance Supervisor to lead our Company in ensuring the optimal operation and safety of our facility. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of industrial maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, and facilities management. Your leadership will drive proactive maintenance strategies, improve equipment reliability, and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Duties

- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities across manufacturing and facilities operations to ensure equipment uptime and safety standards are met.

- Lead maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution for routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).

- Oversee electrical systems including high voltage and low voltage circuits, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and technical specifications.

- Manage mechanical systems by interpreting schematics, troubleshooting issues with tools such as ohmmeters, and performing repairs on industrial machinery.

- Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to diagnose automation issues and implement system improvements.

- Develop and implement maintenance management strategies that enhance operational efficiency while reducing downtime.

- Coordinate with project management teams for facility upgrades or new installations, ensuring adherence to technical drawings and schematics.

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and safety inspections in CMMS software.

Skills

- Extensive electrical experience including working with high voltage and low voltage systems safely.

- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics, troubleshoot using tools like ohmmeters, and perform complex repairs on industrial equipment.

- Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation troubleshooting and system enhancements.

- MIG and TIG welding abilities

- Skilled in working on Forklifts and the ability to trouble shoot there problems along with preventative maintenance on the forklifts themselves

- Skilled in using CMMS software for work order management, scheduling, and reporting.

- Excellent project management abilities to coordinate upgrades or new installations effectively.

- Fluency in English with strong communication skills for team leadership and cross-department collaboration.

- Demonstrated supervising experience with a focus on safety standards and operational excellence.

- Knowledge of industrial maintenance best practices combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
