We’re looking for a Maintenance Supervisor — someone who doesn’t just fix problems, but prevents them before they happen. You’ll lead a skilled crew, keep machines humming, and make sure our facility runs like a well-oiled machine (literally). If “good enough” isn’t in your vocabulary and you take pride in running a tight, efficient, and safe shop — we want you on our team.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the maintenance team to perform at their best.
- Manage the daily maintenance schedule — prioritize tasks, assign jobs, and knock them out efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs that actually work.
- Keep equipment, tools, and work areas in top shape — clean, organized, and inspection-ready at all times.
- Collaborate with production, safety, and engineering teams to minimize downtime and maximize reliability.
- Track maintenance metrics, inventory, and costs — and find smart ways to reduce them.
- Jump in hands-on when things hit the fan — no desk-only supervisors here.- 5+ years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, or facilities maintenance (with at least 2 in supervision).
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Proven leadership chops — you know how to get the best out of your team.
- Tech-savvy enough to work with CMMS systems and maintenance tracking tools.
- Solid understanding of safety standards, compliance, and best practices.
- A no-excuses, get-it-done mindset — you lead by example, not by memo.
- Competitive pay and strong benefits package.
- Company culture built on respect, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Tools, training, and support to help you keep raising the bar.
- Real opportunities to make an impact — you won’t get lost in red tape or bureaucracy.
If you’re ready to lead from the front, take ownership, and keep the wheels turning, apply now and show us what you’ve got.
