Maintenance Mechanic

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance, ensuring that all equipment and systems operate efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and repairing various mechanical and electrical systems within our facilities.

Responsibilities

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facilities.

- Troubleshoot mechanical issues

- Conduct residential painting as needed to maintain facility aesthetics.

- Weld and fabricate components as required for repairs or modifications.

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.

Experience

- Proven experience in mechanical maintenance, with a strong understanding of facilities maintenance practices.

- Familiarity with welding techniques and fabrication processes is preferred.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
