We are seeking a skilled and motivated Machinist to join our team. This role involves operating and programming CNC equipment, as well as working on manual machines to produce high-quality parts. The ideal candidate has experience with Miltronics machines, is proficient in Fusion 360 CAM, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on shop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Show up on time and ready to work every day

- Set up and operate CNC machines (Miltronics)

- Program and generate toolpaths using Fusion 360 CAM

- Operate manual TRAK machines for custom and low-volume work

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and CAD models

- Adjust machine settings, tooling, and offsets as needed

- Order material for parts

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency

Qualifications:

- Experience operating CNC machining centers (Miltronics preferred)

- Proficiency in Fusion 360 CAM programming

- Experience with manual TRAK machines

- Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling, and materials

- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.)

- Strong attention to detail and quality

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Able to pass a drug test

Preferred:

- Welding or fabrication experience

- Experience in a job shop or custom manufacturing environment
