Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Machinist role based in Landisville, PA. The Machinist will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining metalworking machines to produce precision parts and instruments. Key tasks include interpreting blueprints and technical drawings, ensuring high-quality production standards, inspecting finished products for accuracy, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Collaboration with team members and adherence to safety protocols are essential to ensure smooth production processes.

Qualifications

- Experience in operating and maintaining milling machines, lathes, grinders, and other machining tools.

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

- Solid understanding of measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to identify and resolve mechanical issues effectively.

- Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards and best practices for workplace efficiency and safety.

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.

- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in machining or a related field are preferred.

- Experience in manufacturing or a similar production environment is a plus.
