Position: Experienced Loader Operator Site: Dumas -Timmins Maintenance Facility Schedule: 4-3 / 11 hours shifts (day shift only) Hourly Rate: $28.30 - $31.45 / hour

As an Experienced Loader Operator with Dumas, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to support maintenance activities. You will ensure equipment is operated safely and efficiently while assisting with general labour tasks as required to support project timelines. This role requires strong equipment operation skills, attention to safety, and the ability to work in physically demanding industrial environments.
- Operate loader and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently to support project activities.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and complete required documentation prior to use.
- Clean, lubricate, and perform basic maintenance on equipment to ensure reliable operation.
- Report equipment defects, hazards, or repair requirements immediately.
- Attach and secure equipment attachments as required for assigned tasks.
- Assist with general labour duties to support construction and maintenance work.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area in accordance with site standards.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in workplace inspections and hazard assessments.
- Complete daily reports including equipment usage and hazard identification.
- All other duties as assigned by leadership
- Minimum 3 years of experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment in mining, construction, or industrial environments.
- Valid Heavy Equipment Operator certification or demonstrated equivalent experience.
- Ontario Surface Common Core certification considered an asset.
- Experience working in mining or industrial environments preferred.
- Strong understanding of safe equipment operation and hazard recognition.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour tasks as required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
