Job Description:

We are seeking a Loader Operator to join our team at our Braddock, PA location. As a Loader Operator, you will play a vital role in maintaining productivity, ensuring a safe work environment, and supporting the daily operations of the steel manufacturing process.

Pay: $25.02 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday (6pm - 6am or 6am to 6pm)

Loader Responsibilities

Experience in operating Caterpillar or Komatsu wheel loaders.

Ability to work with Hot material such as slag and steel safely.

Perform proper Preoperational inspection and write down findings.

Conduct regular maintenance on equipment before and after use such as cleaning windows, washing, and assisting with greasing.

Good radio and work communication with other employees.

Ensure equipment is safe and prepared for daily use.

Communicate any unsafe findings or equipment damage immediately to supervision.

Loader Qualifications

4-6 years of experience operating multiple types of Heavy Equipment

Experience working around slag plants is a plus

Ability to work independently.

Maintain accurate and organized records as required.

Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Reliable attendance required.
