The A-1 Companies maintain offices in both Bloomer, WI and Converse, TX.

Tasks/Responsibilities

- Operate loaders in a safe and productive manner.

- Perform proper pre-op and machine inspections daily.

- Following maintenance procedures when downing equipment.

- Ensure your production log is maintained each shift.

- Work safely and efficiently while maintaining production.

Skills/Qualifications:

- Good eye-hand coordination, balance, and depth perception.

- Effective communication skills.

- A sense of urgency in responding to all situations.

- The ability to work varying schedule if needed.

- Ability to collaborate and work effectively as a team.

- Responsibility in reporting to work on a consistent and timely basis.

Experience:

- Frac Sand Mining: 2 years (Required)

- Front End Loader: 3 years (Required)

- Heavy equipment operation: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (Preferred)
