Responsibilities

- Processes labor and material through the Work Management System through the use of Global SAP.

- Completes processes, routes and files accident/damage claims and power interruption reports.

- Maintains records.

- Performs clerical functions including typing, photocopying, and operating of all office equipment including a personal computer and radio.

- Performs material management functions through the use of Global SAP.

- Assists the Service Administration's group on a regular basis with any needs they may have.

- Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills And Requirements

- Must have a high school education or equivalent.

- Must be pre-qualified to apply for this position. Applicants may take the pre-qualification test at time of posting.*

- Must be competent in the areas of Global SAP, SmartCare (SAP) including OMS functions and SM Web.

- Must be self-motivated, able to handle multi-tasks with minimal supervision and possess the temperament to deal pleasantly and efficiently with both customers and co-workers.

- Must be able to work flexible hours as determined by the local management team in compliance with the bargaining agreement.

- Must be capable of carrying out the essential functions of the classification.

- Successful completion of assessment required.
