Billing Clerk – Encore Wellhead Systems

Location: Houston, TX

Pay: $21 – 23 per hour, depending on experience Job Type: Full-time

Encore Wellhead Systems is seeking a detail-driven Billing Clerk to support our growing Accounting and Operations teams. This role centers around high-volume, accurate invoicing and purchase order management, particularly within Ariba/SAP. You’ll be part of a supportive, fast-moving team where your contributions make an immediate impact. This role helps ensure our vendors are paid accurately and on time, keeping our operations flowing smoothly from the field to the books

Key Responsibilities

- Manage invoice processing through Ariba/SAP, ensuring accuracy and timely entry.

- Review documentation for completeness and resolve discrepancies as needed.

- Maintain organized digital records of invoices, POs, and supporting documents.

- Collaborate with internal departments to verify charges, coding, and required approvals.

- Assist with other billing and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Prior experience with Ariba/SAP required.

- Prior experience in billing, AP/AR, or a related administrative/accounting role required.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

- Ability to organize high volumes of documents and prioritize tasks efficiently.

- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and general computer systems.

- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
