We are currently looking for an on-site LEM Administrator to join our team in Fort McMurray, AB.

What will you be doing?

- Reviewing and entering daily timesheets into the database and creating electronic LEMs (labor, equipment, material) daily, with significant focus on ensuring accuracy and consistency

- Reconciling of Daily Reports against timesheets and support documentation

- Entering LEMs into clients billing system in alignment with project expectations and standards

- Answering client questions regarding LEMs/billings, corresponding with the operations team for information and clarification when necessary

- Maintaining hardcopy and electronic filing

- Developing and distributing client and internal reports on a daily or weekly basis

- Providing support, as requested, to the Operations Team

We Think You Should Have

- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a site-based environment.

- Strong organization, prioritization and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail

- Ability to work within fast-paced, dynamic and changing priority environment

- Ability to work as part of a team and independently

- Ability to handle high stress levels and tight deadlines while still maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

- Current certifications, or be willing to complete at own expense, for all mandatory safety training and meet qualifications required for site access including Drug and Alcohol Screening

- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is required, candidates must demonstrate strong excel skills to effectively perform the duties of this role.

- Candidates local to the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo/Fort McMurray are preferred
