Lead HVAC Installer

We are seeking experienced Lead HVAC Installers who take pride in running jobs from start to finish, delivering clean, efficient installs, and leading crews to success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ability to Lead and complete 1-day residential HVAC system installations (furnaces, heat pumps, AC, ductless systems).

- Ensure jobs are completed cleanly, efficiently, and on time.

- Supervise and support install helpers on job sites.

- Ensure all installations meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local codes.

- Communicate clearly with customers regarding system operation and job expectations.

- Coordinate with dispatch, sales, and management as needed.

- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional job site from start to finish.

Requirements:

- Experienced and Proficient in installing HVAC equipment (3+years experience preferred)

- Refrigeration line brazing/ sheet metal transition building proficiency.

- Install All HVAC comfort systems including: duct design, install layout, and full fabrication.

- Perform full system startups on all systems including zoning installations.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to talk about the install with customers.

- Able to preform full system startups on all systems.

- Able to fabricate multi-kick transitions, offset fittings, and base cans.

- Leadership to allow trainees to grow and develop.

- Ability to pass background check.

- Clean driving record.

- Be comfortable with and physically able to safely help lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, work in tight corners, and in all weather conditions.
