HVAC Lead Install Technician

- 2+ Years of HVAC installation experience

- Valid Driver's License

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Good communication and customer service skills

- Lead residential and/or commercial HVAC system installations

- Oversee and train installation helpers

- Read and interpret blueprints and install plans

- Ensure all work meets company standards, manufacturer specifications, and code requirements

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

- Complete job documentation accurately and on time

- Identify and communicate any issues or additional work needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
