Position Summary

- The HVAC Installer will be responsible for residential installation of HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners and heat pumps

Duties and Responsibilities

- Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners and heat pumps

- Replace or retrofit HVAC systems to meet current efficiency and safety standards

- Install thermostats, controls, and related accessories

- Test system functionality and ensure proper airflow and temperature control

- Collaborate with customers to explain the installation process and answer questions

- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

- Work closely with dispatch and warehouse to ensure timely job completion

Requirements and Qualifications

- Minimum 3- 5+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred

- Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams

- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

- High school diploma or equivalent (technical school a plus)

- Must be able to work in all types of temperatures

- Must be able to lift up to 40lbs
