What We're Looking For:

- 5-10 years of commercial refrigeration install experience

- Ability to install rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, VRF systems, ductwork, and ventilation systems

- Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and job site planning

- Ability to lead a team and ensure installations meet safety and quality standards

- EPA certification (Type II or Universal) required

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with customers and contractors

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

- Ability to pass a background check
