You manage installations from start to finish, ensuring every system is installed to the highest standards. You maintain truck inventory, oversee invoicing, and lead your team with confidence. Your role combines technical expertise with leadership, making every day rewarding and impactful.

THE LEAD HVAC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 1+ years of experience in a lead or senior installer role - 3+ years of HVAC installation experience
- Experience installing light commercial equipment up to 15 tons
- Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- EPA 608 Certification (Universal preferred)
- Proficient with HVAC installation tools and equipment
- Proficient in ductwork layout, fabrication, modifications, and system air balancing
- Skilled in brazing, line-set installation, refrigerant charging, evacuation, and start-up procedures
- Committed to mentoring and guiding junior installers and apprentices
- Excellent communication skills with customers, team members, and office staff
- Strong understanding of codes, safety standards, and manufacturer installation guidelines
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, load calculations, wiring diagrams, and installation specs
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs, access attics, crawl spaces, and perform physically demanding tasks- Ability to diagnose installation-related issues
- Ability to lead projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction
