The Junior Oracle Technical & Support Analyst will work cross-functionally to help maximize the value that Global users get with the Oracle Cloud application. This function will play a critical role in the Oracle Support Team, serving as the Techno-Functional support for system and end user of multiple Oracle Cloud modules, help in research, analyze, troubleshoot, log SR requests and resolve open critical and non-critical issues.

- - Prioritize workload based on business requirement and impact, as well as communicate status to internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with end users in gathering business requirements and translating them into systems documentations such as set-up guides, specs, and test scripts.
- Assist and support various project initiatives for Oracle application to enhance business process for different Oracle modules.
- Follow, standardize, and enhance the log analysis template to expedite resolutions.
- Run SQL queries and analyze server application and access logs to perform root cause analysis on issues escalated to the queue.
- Provide technical and functional support of both Oracle Cloud ERP Applications and Oracle EPM users and other related applications that integrates to Oracle to ensure systems are technically and functionally working.
- Prepare and maintain documentation to ensure that applications can be maintained and recovered. These include System Training Manuals, Description/Configurations User/Technical manuals, SOP's, Scripts, Testing, Policies and Procedure Documents.
- Must be team oriented and thrives in a rapidly changing and highly collaborative support and operational environment.
- Must have attention to detail, tactical problem solving, and excellent analytical skills.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud application, SQL, database queries of Microsoft SQL, Java, stack trace, web service calls, API's and creating Scripts preferred
- Proven understanding of the Oracle application structure
- Preferred Experience developing FBDI templates and uploads for data conversions and batch imports
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's Degree College education in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
