We are seeking a qualified IT Support Technician to join our IT team to provide technical assistance to computer users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, install new equipment, and collaborate with other team members to resolve issues and deploy IT solutions with efficiency. Standout candidates will be excellent problem-solvers with outstanding communication and customer service skills. This position will be based out of our St. Louis office and fulfill responsibilities in the greater St. Louis metro, as far south as Farmington, MO.
