We are looking to expand our Service Department and are searching for a full-time Electronic Repair Technician who has a desire to learn. Soldering experience a plus. Summary: This position requires completion of daily service and repair related activities required by customers in order to maintain full functionality of their IBAK equipment.

Status: Full-time

Pay Type: Hourly, paid weekly.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm

Responsibilities:

•

Complete repairs to IBAK equipment keeping quality at the forefront and performing efficiently and staying conscious of costs.

•

Accurately document each repair by using NetSuite to log telephone calls and repair notes for each case.

•

Update customers throughout the repair process when necessary.

•

Establish and maintain communications with other RapidView Authorized Service Centers, including continual updates of processes, procedures, and technical bulletins.

•

Assist with all training events as needed.

•

Maintain proper telephone etiquette.

•

Have the ability to read equipment diagrams and assist customers with parts identification and ordering.

•

Perform all other duties as required by management.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

•

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•

Must have strong organization skills with an emphasis on accuracy.

•

Must have proficient computer skills and an understanding of Office products and CRM programs.

•

Physically able to stand, sit, move, walk, squat, climb during the course of a shift.

•

Must be able to safely lift 75 pounds.

•

Ability to work independently and also as part of a team to accomplish overall corporate goals.

•

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

•

Must have a valid driver’s license.

•

Ability to pass drug test/background check.
