Location: Augusta, Maine (100% Onsite, with travel to other locations)

Top 3 Required Skills:
•3+ years of experience in a similar technology support role
•Strong customer service skills
•Experience with inventory management
Key Responsibilities:
•Coordinate testing of system changes, upgrades, and new software.
•Recommend technical improvements and participate in performance analysis.
•Serve as the primary point of contact for technology support and services.
•Provide desktop support, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and manage service outages.
•Assist in the procurement, installation, and disposal of computer hardware and software.
•Ensure antivirus software is managed and assist with software patches and upgrades.
•Document work, maintain quality standards, and ensure reliable backups.
•Address customer needs, provide updates, and evaluate technology purchases.
•Troubleshoot system, network, and application issues.
•Develop and deliver user training on systems and applications.
Preferred Skills:
•Experience with Windows Autopilot
•Experience with Intune and/or Azure
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
