Job Description:

A Support Center Technician is a knowledgeable professional who provides technical assistance, troubleshooting, and support for refrigeration/controls systems. This role involves working closely with clients, technicians, and internal teams to ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and optimization of refrigeration/controls equipment.
