Position: IT Support Specialist
What You'll Do (Generalized, please see full job description):
•Keep our PCs and mobile devices running smoothly
•Set up new workstations and servers
•Perform updates and patches for hardware and software
•Maintain networks and office equipment
•Support business applications like CIS, OMS, ABS, and AMI
•Deploy and support cellular devices
•Train our team on IT best practices
•Coordinate move and change requests
•Assist with internal communications
•Troubleshoot hardware and network issues
•Manage hosted services like Microsoft 365
•Handle general IT duties as needed
•Support the department and cooperative in whatever needs arise. We are a lean team that expects any member to pick up what needs to be done and run with it as appropriate.
What We're Looking For:
•High School diploma required; Associate's degree or relevant certifications preferred
•3+ years of technical experience preferred
•Knowledge of Active Directory and modern operating systems (Windows, Apple, Android)
•Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware/software and networking
•Excellent customer service skills, both internal and external
•Physically and mentally fit for the role (lifting up to 25 lbs)
•Must live within a 45-minute drive of our headquarters in Grawn, MI
