IT Support Specialist

Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows systems, hardware, software, and networks.

Provide support for desktops, laptops, printers, barcode scanners, and warehouse technology.

Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems.

Manage user accounts, password resets, and system access.

Maintain accurate documentation of IT support requests and solutions.

Assist in IT onboarding for new hires by setting up accounts and workstations.

Occasionally work on-site in warehouse environments to troubleshoot IT issues.

Travel as needed to support remote locations or special IT projects.

Education Assistance

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Proven experience in an IT support role.

Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and enterprise applications.

Familiarity with networking concepts, Active Directory, and remote desktop support.

Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft certifications are a plus.

Must be able to lift and transport IT equipment.

Willingness to travel occasionally for site support.

Fully in-office position; no remote work.

Combination of office and warehouse environments.

May involve after-hours support or on-call duties.
