Qualifications: Associates degree in an IT-related field preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Entry level position with experience in software installation, troubleshooting systems, communicating technical ideas to users, and working in a team environment. Experience supporting Windows and MS Office products and desktop and server operating systems is a plus.
Required Skills and Abilities Include: Must be able to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively. Ability to analyze problems and identify root causes, to document issues and resolutions. Must be able to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision and good judgement and adapt to changing environments. The ability to maintain confidentiality is required. Works well in a team environment. Has the initiative and motivation to learn about the network system and cooperative principles.
