Long-term contract opportunity for an Instructional Technologist located in Cranberry Twp, PA.

Your Day-to-Day

Ensure Vision and LMS systems are aligned with the station's SAT-based program and perform ongoing maintenance of the programs to ensure compliance.

Evaluate training programs and instructors using multiple diverse methods. Lead self-assessments of training programs.

Conduct cognitive trending and performance analysis to both identify gaps and recommend solutions to correct.

Evaluate instructors in training settings to provide real-time feedback for improve performance. Provide oversight and assistance to instructors in the analysis and design activities for the accredited programs. Evaluate training material quality against company standards.Review analysis and design data for the accredited programs and act as the SAT conscience for instructors, training leadership, and line personnel. Advise Training Managers and senior site leaders on accreditation renewal activities.

Provide oversight for the SAT governance processes.

Who You Are

Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience in a technical field.

5 years' experience as a qualified instructor in a commercial nuclear accredited program.

Fluent in the training (SAT) or Training Systems Development (TSD) principles.

Proficient in using VISION and LMS programs.

Experience in causal analysis and performance analysis.

Maintain unescorted access to nuclear power plant.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $90 to $100 per hour.
