Your role with us:

Reporting to the Engineering Services Manager, the Engineering Technologist will test manufactured parts, assemblies, and material specimens. The Engineering Technologist will conduct time-sensitive production proof tests, prototype tool function and design verification tests, and custom parametric material tests in support of product development and consulting sector projects.

You will bring to the role:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a shop environment, manufacturing facility, mechanical test lab, or equivalent.

- Mechanical Engineering Technology Diploma is required.

- CET designation is an asset.

- Strong mechanical aptitude and curiosity.

- Experience welding or machining is an asset.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

- Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft suite.
