The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through phone calls, emails, and texts with customers. This role involves prospecting, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Success in this role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Obtain a detailed understanding of current and potential clients with a focus on long-term client relationships and profitable revenue generation.
- Build the business' brand to generate quality leads.

- Participate in sales meetings to review performance and set goals.
- Manage the prospect and development targets within the assigned markets.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and sales professionals to achieve business sales objectives.
- Position the business to capitalize on upselling and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients.
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold/warm calls, inbound lead follow-ups, and email/text correspondence.
- Goal is to maintain a cadence of contact as defined by management for each account customer on a frequent basis to keep the company on top of mind
- Maintaining and fully tracking and reporting of all activities including customer contacts, quotes being worked on, status of those quotes and any additional information deemed appropriate by supervisor.
- Monitoring project and customer development targets on a weekly basis and communicating the weekly results to the Company’s sales leadership.
- Develop a networking plan, with support from leadership
- Maintain and expand an accurate database of prospects
- Attend to Web Inquiries in timely manner
- Closely working with the Operations team to develop and track orders to make sure customers continue to do business.
- Understanding of strengths and weaknesses of our competitors.
- Ability to apply good judgement, decision making skills and strong work ethics and integrity on the job
- Ability to work in a fast-paced growing team environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Business, sales, or marketing background is a plus.
- At least 3+ years of sales experience and a proven track record of closing deals are required.- Passionate, able to lead with a growth mindset and motivate those around them.
- Experience with verbal communication, written, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to articulate ideas and concepts in front of customers or potential customers.
- Highly computer literate (with knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
