The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for converting qualified leads into paying customers through effective communication, relationship building, and a consultative sales approach. You will handle inbound and warm outbound prospects, present solutions tailored to client needs, and close deals in alignment with company goals.
- Competitive compensation packages. - Base Pay: $50,000 base pay annually + Uncapped Commissions

- Manage a pipeline of pre-qualified leads and guide them through the sales process to close.
- Conduct high-impact sales presentations
- Understand customer needs, address objections, and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the system.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly closing targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and lead generation teams to optimize the sales funnel.
- Follow up with prospective clients in a timely, professional manner.
- Provide feedback to leadership on market trends and customer needs.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales or closing role.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools and online communication platforms.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- High level of professionalism and customer service skills.
