Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for answering inbound calls, providing excellent customer service, preparing quotes, sourcing products, and supporting our outside sales team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner

- Provide product information, generate quotes, and process orders

- Work closely with outside sales representatives to support customer accounts

- Source products and materials to meet customer needs

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing outstanding service

- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and support company initiatives

- Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the sales team

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or related role preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with ERP systems is a plus

- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
