- Work with company-generated leads: scheduled appointments, inbound inquiries, and referrals
- Knock doors around existing jobs to generate your own appointments and boost your pipeline
- Meet with homeowners in person or virtually to explain the benefits of solar, walk through savings reports, and present financing options
- Manage your schedule and follow-ups using our CRM and calendar tools
- Hit (and aim to exceed) your monthly sales and self-gen targets
- Bring energy, take feedback, stay consistent — and move fast
- Sales experience is great, but not required — we’ll train the right person
- Confident, outgoing, and comfortable talking to homeowners
- Grit and resilience — you can handle rejection and keep moving
