This is a full-time on-site role located in Midland, TX for an Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating leads, managing customer accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves client relationship management and coordination with other departments to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Proficiency in Account Management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the energy sector or related industries is a plus
