Inside Sales / Estimator

The Inside Sales/Estimator is a position providing daily support and performing functions in sales, estimating, project management and customer service.

Essential Functions

1. Take daily sales calls

2. Produce accurate estimates based on architectural drawing or customer supplied information

3. Maintains all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations

4. Develops and delivers sales documents in a professional and effective manner

5. Develops technical documents for potential customers

6. Maintains up-to-date awareness of company activities, industry trends and government regulations

7. Maintain an organized process and system to take calls, follow-up on proposals, and to communicate project information effectively

8. Exercise discretion and judgement with the authority to make independent decisions

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel

Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected for Trade Shows and customer visits.

Preferred Education and Experience

- High school diploma or GED.

- Experience in sales, estimating, or drafting support role for at least 2 years.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

1. Ability to read Architectural Blueprints and Construction Drawings.

Pay: $50,580.71 - $70,000.00 per year
